Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. is a legal tech platform that only manages client relationships, and services are delivered locally by professionals in the network. No member firm has any authority to obligate or bind Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. or any other member firm vis-à-vis third parties, nor does Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. have any such authority to obligate or bind any member firm.

Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. is a network of professionals where queries are assigned to a network of professionals. Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for collecting payments from customers as per the agreed milestone displayed on the platform and agreed upon with the professionals. Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. will pay the professionals; henceforth, Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. acts as a facilitator. The orders placed by clients shall be delivered by professionals. Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. is a technology company and aggregator with a team of experts, including Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CS), and Lawyers, who provide advice to clients. Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. does not fulfill the client’s requirements directly. It only takes the client’s requirements and passes them on to the professional consultants.

2. Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. Acts as Platform for Legal services

We are a network of independent professionals organized as a club. Upon successful payment, in accordance with your agreed terms, we will provide you with advisory assistance and facilitate connections with the appropriate professionals. It’s important to understand that Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. is solely a platform that facilitates interactions between clients and independent professionals. All other requirements and arrangements will be handled directly between the client and the professional, with Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. having no involvement.

• Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. does not promote any Lawyer-Client Relationship.

At Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd., any transmission, receipt, or use of any Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. advisory services does not constitute or build a lawyer-client relationship or any other kind of relationship between the client and the professional. Ltd. reserves the right to deny providing consultancy services to any user in case of any violation of rules, in the subject of complaints by any other Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. users for such reason.

12. Disclosure of information

By providing us with any Document of information, you provide non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable rights to Ghanu International Pvt. 17. Warranty and Limited Liability

There is a higher risk for Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd., for all operators of online systems, that we might be held accountable for the wrongful actions of the Clients. In case one of our Clients libels another one of our clients, they can blame Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd., even though the libellee is at fault. In case any Client uploads any program with a computer virus or transmits illegal or improper information to another user, and this results in damaging the time and resources of our other clients, the libellee is to be held liable and is required to acknowledge the responsibility for their actions.

Although it is the goal of Ghanu International Pvt. Ltd. to provide Clients with reliable and quality systems, there is a chance of errors or system failure from our end. Such errors are inevitable while running an operating system of such size. We cannot make our system available in case we have to acknowledge our mistakes or financial liability in relation to usability problems, system failures or errors, or mistakes or damages of any kind. In order to continue improving our consultancy services, Ghanu International Pvt.
