Factory License

According to the Factories Act 1948, a factory cannot register as a factory until the labor and employment department has approved its building plan. In accordance with this Act, factory licenses are also renewed and registered in order to guarantee worker safety.

  • OWNERSHIP/REGISTERED OCCUPANCY PROOF IN SHAPE OF PERPETUAL DEED, LEASE DEED ALONGWITH NOC OF OWNER 
  • ADDITIONAL/OPTIONAL DOCUMENTS, IF ANY
  • AADHAR CARD
  • OWNERSHIP/REGISTERED OCCUPANCY PROOF IN SHAPE OF PERPETUAL DEED, LEASE DEED ALONGWITH NOC OF OWNER (COMPLETE CHAIN OF OWNERSHIP NOT REQUIRED) 
  • DPCC CONSENT 
  • FIRE NOC (IF AREA GREATER THAN 250 SQ. MT)
  • BUILDING PLAN OR SANCTION LETTERS I.E, FORM C AND D
